Whether you’re looking for a new way to earn money, want a passive stream of income, or just enjoy interacting with people who are passionate about antiques, selling at the LUXUR Fine Art is a great opportunity!

Your Merchandise will be for sale 7 days a week from 10 AM - 6 PM, but you don’t have to be there!!!

HOW IT WORKS:

FLOOR SPACE

All floor space is $3.50 per square foot, per month (ex: 10 x 10 booth = $350 per month)

GLASS CASE SPACE

For sellers who don’t want an entire booth, the LUXUR Fine Art offers Display Cases for sellers to rent, available in 2ft mini,2 ft, 4 ft widths

2ft W ( mini)=$25 per month

2ft W       = $75 per month

4ft W       = $130.00 per month

CO-OP ADVERTISING MULTI-CHANNEL SALES

The LUXUR Fine Art spends several thousand dollars per month on Print Advertisements, TV Commercials, Radio Ads, and Online Marketing that benefits all our vendors.

 

 

 

 

 

OVERALL

All dealers are charged 10% commission on sales (Auction seller’s Commission vary)

All rentals are every 1 month, 30 day notice required for termination

No extra charge for credit card transactions

Free item name & barcode label for booth

Co-op Advertising & Multi- Channel Sales

You can track daily sales in real time via the space rental and point of sale software application used to run your business

Dealers are paid one per month.
